Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.  Most of our products are second hand which means there is no availability of other sizes, styles, etc. We inspect every piece in detail to ensure no damages or thorn clothing, bags or shoes are sold to our customers.  We will provide the necessary photos so you can see the condition of the product in addition to the categorization of it as part of the product description in our website (new, like new, gently used, well used).

Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If we sent you the incorrect item, then you will be eligible for a return and/or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. And will be accepted up to seven (7) days after delivery. No Buyers Remorse. Buyer agrees to research dimensions, styles, condition, lengths, etc PRIOR to purchase. Same day cancellations are accepted via written approval by Wow Me More and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
